To streamline the organizational workflow on smartphones and minimize time spent, we are enhancing our mobile application further ✨. The next is managing documents through folders. Let's take a look at how it will work in practice.

Access to document folders via the Mobile App

Users can now seamlessly navigate through documents in their ''My documents'' folder in the Me tab.

In the open page, finding the required document is made easy with the Search bar.

The enhanced functionality now enables users to conveniently search, sort all documents by name and date, and arrange them from Newest first to Oldest first.

To view and download, simply click on the file you want to access in one of your folders. The icon to download this file is on the right top of the screen.

Other enhancements

  • Push notifications for announcements: Users will receive push notifications whenever a new announcement is posted. Clicking on the notification directs the user to the content page, providing a detailed view of the announcement.

  • Performance improvements: Our app has been optimized for faster loading and shorter response times.
