Job multiposting

Learn how to publish your vacancy on the multiple job posting channels at once

Updated over 2 months ago

We’re thrilled to announce a new job multiposting feature that significantly enhances your recruitment process. With this update, you'll soon have access to over 3,000 job posting channels, which we will be gradually rolling out.

This feature allows you to select the most relevant channels for your vacancies and pay for them directly within PeopleForce.

Once your vacancy is published, it will be distributed across the selected job channels, and all candidate applications will automatically sync back to PeopleForce. This streamlined process not only saves time but also maximizes your job postings’ reach, ensuring you attract the best talent efficiently.

Before creating a campaign, ensure that your career site is enabled and the vacancy is visible.

If you’re interested in trying out the feature, please get in touch with our customer support team via chat or email at support@peopleforce.io.

Create a campaign

  1. Navigate to the Vacancy → Campaigns tab.

  2. You'll see the "Select Channel" screen if no campaigns exist. Choose from the available channels, add them to your cart, and proceed to the Details section.

3. In the Details tab, overview the job description and fill in all the necessary fields.

Specific fields must be completed, and the system will guide you by highlighting the required ones. At the top, a widget will display instructions, letting you know which fields need your attention.

4. After filling in the necessary details, you will be redirected to the Checkout page. If this is your first campaign, you'll need to enter your billing information and complete the payment.

For these job boards, such as work.ua, robota.ua, headhunter and Djinni, you cannot purchase publications directly through PeopleForce. Please purchase them on the job site, and they will be used when publishing vacancies.

If you're not ready with your card details, your campaign will be saved as a Draft, and you can return to it whenever needed. To complete the process later, click the Edit or Pay now button and provide your billing information.

During the trial period, customers will have limited access. They can test the features but will not have the option to pay for posting vacancies or publishing them on job sites.

5. Once your payment is successful, your campaign will be listed as Active on the Campaigns page. Please note that while the campaign status is Active, the statuses of vacancies across different job sites may vary.

Moderation and publishing of vacancy postings can take up to 2 working days.

Taking existing campaigns offline

Once the the perfect candidate is found and hired, publishing of the vacancy on the job site will have no more use. In this case, you may take the existing campaign off:

  1. Go to the Vacancy -> Campaigns tab if you already have a campaign published and it’s active.

  2. In the three-dot menu, click “Take offline.”

Note: This action is irreversible, and you will need to pay again to publish the campaign.

Overseeing Campaigns

  • You can review all campaigns under the Campaigns page. Active campaigns are listed at the top, followed by drafts, offline, and finished campaigns.

  • You can see the number of candidates applied and how many days are left on publication.

Campaign statuses

Draft: You've created a draft that hasn’t been paid for yet.

Active: Once the campaign is paid, it becomes active. On job sites within this campaign, statuses may vary:

  • Pending: The vacancy posting is under moderation by the job site.

  • Published: The vacancy is live. You can check how many days remain for the campaign and see the number of applications received.

  • Error: This status applies to platforms like work.ua, robota.ua, and headhunter, indicating that there are no active publications on these sites. To resolve this, make sure to complete the payment for the publications and try again. If the issue continues due to internal problems with these platforms or other unexpected errors, please contact support for assistance.

Finished: This status appears when the publication period has ended. For example, if you published a campaign on LinkedIn for 30 days and the period has expired, the status will change to Finished.

Take Offline: This status is used when the campaign is closed. For example, if a campaign was active for 10 days and the HR manager has successfully hired an employee, the campaign can be marked as Take Offline.

Candidate synchronization

Candidates who apply to the vacancy will automatically be transferred to the integrated job posting in the PeopleForce system and added to your candidate database.

FAQ

How often are candidates transferred?

Candidates are transferred to PeopleForce automatically and immediately after they apply for an active vacancy.

Where can I see all the candidates who applied?

You can view all transferred candidates on your vacancy hiring board.

Is the payment secure, and who processes it?

Yes, payment by card is processed through Stripe, so it’s secure.

What should I do when the campaign ends? Can it be extended?

No, the campaign cannot be extended, but you can create a new one and pay for it again.

I already have purchased contracts on LinkedIn/Pracuj. Can I use them?

No, currently, only the option to purchase and publish directly through the PeopleForce platform is supported.

Why can't I see some channels in the list?

1. You can only have one active post per channel. If a channel is already active, it will be hidden from the list when you create a new campaign.

2. If you see Robota.ua, hh.ua, Work.ua, or Djinni, it may be because the account has not been added or is inactive.

What are the different types of LinkedIn posts?

3. LinkedIn - Job Posting + Sponsored Recruitment Ad:
