With Time module, your employees can easily track their working hours on projects and manage their attendance with just a few clicks.
As an employee, you have several key functions:
Access Clock in tab: Track your time on projects and view all worked and remaining hours.
Use Clock in and Clock out button: Activate your time tracking, pause during breaks and clock out at the end of your working day.
Submit timesheet: At the start of each month, you can submit your timesheet for the previous month, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

With a simple click on the Clock in button, employees can choose the project they want to work for and activate time tracking when they start.
Here's how you can easily manage your work hours:
Click the Clock in button.
Select the project you're working on.
Start tracking your time.
You can pause the tracking during breaks and simply Clock out when you're done for the day.

Utilize filters to track the amount of hours worked on specific projects. By applying the filter by projects in the Worked hours widget, you can easily view the total hours spent on each project.
💡 If you want to review the hours you've tracked that are not associated with specific projects, you can use the "No project assigned" option.
Submitting your timesheet
Submitting your timesheet
At the beginning of the month, you will have the option to submit the timesheet for the previous month. To submit the timesheet, follow these steps:
Open the Clock in tab in your time-tracking system.
Locate the Submit button, typically located in the upper right corner of the tab.
Click on the Submit button to submit your timesheet.
Once submitted, the widget will change to indicate that your timesheet has been successfully submitted. It changes the status to Submitted.

If you forget to log your hours, don't worry! Follow these steps:
Go to the Clock in tab.
Click on the Autofill button.
Choose the project and the time period you worked.
Click Apply.
This will fill in all the past dates with your logged hours. Remember, it won't automatically fill in future dates, so be sure to log your hours regularly.
