Candidates who apply for a vacancy or are manually added will begin at the initial stage of the hiring process. You can then move them through the stages as needed, aligning with your recruitment workflow.
Move a candidate between stages from the candidate profile
To proceed with the next stage, navigate to the candidate profile you wish to edit and click on the Proceed button, in the top right of the window. You can then select the wished stage in the drop-down menu.
Move the candidates between stages in bulk
Go to Recruiting > Vacancies and open the vacancy where you want to move candidates between stages. Select the candidates by ticking their checkboxes, then click Proceed. Choose the stage to which all selected candidates should be moved.
Move between the stages on the vacancy board
Use the Vacancy board to manage candidates through recruitment stages. Simply select a candidate and drag and drop them to the desired stage.
