Candidate sources are a valuable feature that allows you to track and categorize candidates based on the channels through which they were added.
By effectively utilizing candidate sources, you can:
Track recruitment sources: Monitor where your candidates are coming from, such as job boards, social media, referrals, company career pages, or recruitment agencies.
Evaluate effectiveness: Assess the success rate of different recruitment channels to determine which ones yield the highest quality candidates.
Optimize hiring strategies: Use data-driven insights to focus your efforts on the most successful sources, improving overall recruitment efficiency and reducing time-to-hire.

In the Recruitment -> Candidates page, click on the ''Filter'' option.
In the open pane, click on Add Filter to reveal the filtering options.
Select the Source option from the list.
Choose the specific candidate source you want to filter by.
Apply the filter to display the candidates associated with that source.
The system also allows you to view sources within a particular vacancy. To view this information, go to the Recruit - Vacancies section and select the vacancy you need. After that, go to the Reports tab, where the sources will be displayed in a chart format.

Look for the Recruit subsection.
Locate the Candidates by source report option.
Configure the report criteria, such as the date range, vacancies, and specific sources.
Generate the report to view insights and metrics related to candidate sources.
