Occasionally, companies may overlook some employees while creating the review cycle. This is no longer a problem with our new feature: Add new participants to the Review cycle. This feature allows you to seamlessly include additional participants in an ongoing review cycle, ensuring no one is left out.
You can only add participants named “Peer,” in which nominated coworkers of the employee evaluate the employee's performance.
Who can add participants to an active review cycle
System administrators (HRs): Have full rights to create and manage all review cycles.
Managers: With permissions to create review cycles or manage all review cycles.
Employees added to the review as collaborators: If they can access performance reviews in their role permissions, they can add participants, but only to the cycle in which they are selected as collaborators. Collaborators have the same rights as review administrators, but their rights are limited to the specific cycle.
Add new participants to the review cycle
Go to the review cycle in the Performance> Review tab.
You can just select the cycle you want to edit from the active reviews in the Active and drafting tab.
In the review, click Add participants and select employees from the list (excluding current participants). Once added, they will receive the necessary notifications.
