The vacancy request form is structured with four customizable blocks tailored to accommodate your company's specific requirements:
Details block: Here, you can assign a name and add a brief description to the form. The name could reflect the department you plan to use this form for, such as "Vacancy request for Product department" or "Sales department vacancy request."
2. Vacancy fields: By default, the system includes standard fields required for creating a vacancy. These fields are essential, such as:
Job title
Employment type
Department
Location
Job description
…and more.
To further customize your vacancy request form, you can:
Select from pre-existing vacancy fields in the system, or
Create new fields tailored to your organization’s needs.
To create a new field:
Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Add Field.
Select Add a New Field.
Enter the field name, choose the answer type, and provide a description in the Help text to guide hiring managers on what information is needed.
Mark the field as required if necessary.
All fields can be set as required, ensuring that hiring managers provide the necessary details before submitting a request.
3. Approvals block: This section allows you to define the individuals authorized to approve the vacancy request.
4. Submission permissions: Specify the individuals or groups permitted to submit the vacancy request in this block.
