There are two ways to create a vacancy request in the system:
System administrators and employees with access to the Hiring plan can submit a vacancy request via the Recruit > Hiring Plan > Request a vacancy.
Employees (managers) can create a job request through Requests > My > + Request.
Creating a vacancy request
Navigate to the side menu labeled Requests.
To initiate a new vacancy request, click the Request button.
Choose the appropriate request type and form.
Once selected, a new window containing standard fields will open.
Complete all mandatory fields, including position, department, type of employment, location, desired candidate release date, number of open positions, and job description.
After filling in the details, save the request.
Manage vacancy forms
All company-submitted forms will be visible in the Hiring plan tab. You can edit, withdraw, or delete any submitted form as needed.
Monitor approvers
You can view the approvers directly within the form. They will appear as configured in the vacancy request form.
