In the hiring process, different participants have varying levels of access based on their roles. Below is an overview of each vacancy role and their default permissions.
Roles in the hiring process
Hiring lead – The recruiter responsible for managing a vacancy. They have full access to all candidates, can edit vacancy details, and receive notifications about updates and new candidates.
Team members – Additional recruiters and managers involved in hiring. They can view all candidates but cannot edit details or modify the vacancy.
External recruiters – Third-party professionals who help fill vacancies. They can only access the vacancies assigned to them and manage candidates within those vacancies.
Permissions overview
Each role has specific permissions, and some actions require additional access settings in the Roles and permissions section.
No – The employee does not have access to perform this action.
Yes – The employee has access by default.
Roles and permissions – Access must be granted manually in the Roles and permissions section.
