How to enable early timesheet submission

Enabling early timesheet submission is straightforward for system admins or anyone with access to attendance policy settings:

  1. Go to the Attendance policy settings in PeopleForce.

  2. Check the box labeled “Enable early timesheet submission.”

Once activated, employees under this policy will be able to:

  • Autofill working hours for upcoming days within the current month.

  • Submit their timesheets early, before the month officially ends.

This functionality ensures payroll teams can collect all required timesheet data on time, helping avoid last-minute issues and delays.
