How to customise the overview widget in personal profiles

The Overview section in each person’s profile can be tailored to show only the information you want your company members to see. For example, you can hide fields like Work type or Tenure if they’re not relevant.

Steps to customise the Overview widget

  1. Go to HR settings

    • Navigate to People data in your HR settings.

  2. Find the overview section

    • At the top of the page, you’ll see the Overview area with green field labels (e.g., Email, Work phone number, Mobile number, etc.).

  3. Choose which fields to show or hide

    • Click on a field name to toggle its visibility:

      • Green = Visible to company members

      • Red = Hidden from company members

4. Save your preferences

  • Once you’ve selected which fields to display, your changes will be applied to all personal profiles automatically.
