We’re excited to introduce new features that will significantly enhance your HR processes! With our latest updates, you can now automate recruiting actions and streamline document management by assigning multiple signers to documents.
Additionally, we’re rolling out a new development plan feature that enables employees and managers to track progress and reach development milestones more efficiently.
Automate your recruiting actions
Exciting news for recruiters! You can now easily automate recruiting actions when moving a candidate to a specific stage or disqualifying them. This includes sending emails, assigning tests, adding tags, and setting tasks for your hiring team. By letting recruiting automations handle routine tasks, you can focus on the critical aspects of recruiting, such as interviewing and evaluating candidates. See how.
Create employee development plans
We are excited to introduce the Employee Development Plan (EDP) in PeopleForce! This powerful feature allows you to create customized growth paths for employees, helping them stay motivated and aligned with their career goals. With personalized roadmaps to success, both employees and your organization can thrive together! See how.
Include additional signers for a document
You can now easily include additional signers when uploading a document to the system. After assigning the initial employees, simply request an eSignature, and you’ll have the option to add more signers. Choose from the drop-down list to select additional signers, such as managers or specific employees, and the document will be sent for signature to all parties immediately. See how.
Set the priority for cases
Case managers have the ability to assign priority levels of Low, Medium, or High to each case upon receiving it. When managing multiple cases, this prioritization helps case managers focus on the most critical issues first, improving efficiency and ensuring that important cases receive timely attention.
Assess performance metrics during reviews
Now, during employee evaluations, you have access to all the data that can help you provide an objective assessment through the dedicated "Resources" widget. Reviewers can use this widget to view detailed information about the employee's performance. This includes all 1:1 meetings, previous evaluations, feedback, and achievements in OKRs and KPIs.
