We’re excited to introduce PeopleForce 2.33! 🚀 This release delivers key improvements to leave management, workflows, and form flexibility.
With new tools, you gain more automation, clarity, and control across core HR processes:
✅ Future leave balance – plan and track leave with better accuracy.
✅ eSignature for standard documents in workflows – sign and approve documents directly within workflows.
✅ Multiple file attachments in Custom forms – collect and manage more detailed information in one place.
Future Leave Balance
We’ve introduced a new Future leave balance view in the Time off section and on the Home page. A Calendar button on the leave widget now opens a sidebar where you can see available and upcoming balances based on your policy rules.
Employees – When submitting a leave request, you’ll see exactly how many days remain on the requested date, helping you plan your time off with confidence.
Managers & Approvers – You can view the requester’s full balance, making it easier to approve requests fairly and accurately.
Accruals can be displayed in days or hours, depending on policy settings, and the feature applies to accrued leave policies only (not manually tracked).
This provides a clear picture of how balances will change over time, making future leave planning easier and more transparent for everyone. More details here.
Upload File and Request eSignature in Workflows
You can now add eSignature steps in workflows not only for auto-generated documents but also for uploaded files such as contracts or agreements that don’t require personalization. This makes it possible to include a signature process as part of onboarding, or other workflows using documents with the same content for everyone. It provides HR teams with consistency, faster processing, and tracking of signed documents. More here.
Upload Multiple Attachments in Custom Forms
Fewer clicks, more context. Custom forms now support attaching up to 10 files in a single submission. This makes it easier to collect all required documents at once, whether they are supporting files, certificates, or other materials. More details here.
Other Improvements
We’ve also delivered a series of smaller improvements across the platform:
