2.18 Release Overview

Summary of all features and improvements we're announcing in this release

Updated over a week ago

We’re excited to introduce new features that will significantly enhance your HR processes, making document management and talent recruitment more efficient than ever. And a huge bunch of smaller updates there that require your attention.

1. Job multiposting

Exciting news for recruiters! PeopleForce now offers direct access to over 2500 job sites worldwide, allowing you to post your vacancies across multiple channels for maximum reach. When you publish a job, it's automatically distributed to your selected platforms, and all candidate applications sync back to PeopleForce, streamlining your recruitment process and saving valuable time. See how

2. Bulk Actions for Candidates

You can now select multiple candidates from the Candidates page and perform bulk actions like sending emails, managing tags, requesting GDPR consent, and assigning them to job openings. This will help you manage multiple candidates at once and streamline your recruitment process. See how

3. Automatch documents with employees

It's time for effortless document distribution! Upload large batches of documents and let our system handle the task of distributing them to employee folders. Simply choose the matching criteria — such as name, tax ID, or email — and Automatch will assign all these documents to the correct employees based on their profile data. See how.

4.Bulk actions for documents

You can now select multiple documents and perform bulk actions like requesting signatures, sending reminders, managing tags, and more. This will help you manage large volumes of documents at once and streamline your workflow. See how

5. Nudge reviewers

We now show managers the review status of their employees, indicating whether reviews are complete or in progress. This helps managers remind their team to complete reviews and stay on track with the cycle.

6. Other updates

In addition to the major enhancements introduced in version 2.18, we've also rolled out several other updates designed to improve your overall experience with PeopleForce. Here's a quick overview of these:

Core HR

  • We've added the ability to enable or disable system fields in Assets, including Serial Number, Price, and Division. This update provides greater flexibility in managing your assets by allowing you to customize which fields are visible.

  • Added filters for forms, allowing you to filter by form name and form status.

  • Added "All" and "Awaiting Approval" tabs for company forms to simplify navigation and easily view forms that are pending approval.

  • We've added a year filter to the request section of the time-off sheet in the employee profile, making it easier to view and manage time-off requests by year.

  • Permission to create tasks has been added. You can now control who in your organization has the rights to create tasks.

  • We've added due date reminders for requested forms. On the morning of the due date, the form assignee will receive an email and web notification reminding them to complete the form.

Recruit

  • We've added sending and submission dates to all recruitment tests. You can now sort results by date, candidate name, or status and use filters to manage tests within vacancies more easily.

  • Currency code added to applicant export

Perform

  • We've implemented a new checkbox for "Share results anonymously" allowing you to choose whether performance reviews are shared anonymously or with visible names.

  • Improved UX to better explain the visibility of feedback, including who has access to it and who will see it.

  • We’ve limited feedback requests to only those about direct reports to improve feedback management within the organization.

  • Now, when you click on feedback, it will open in a sidebar, making it easier to view the full text.

  • Requested feedbacks now are filtered out from the "All" tab to avoid confusion in the results

  • Added the ability to extend the review cycle after it has finished.

API

  • We’ve added a new API endpoint that tracks the history of candidate movements between pipeline stages.

  • A new webhook has been added to support the deletion of leave entries.

  • A new webhook endpoints for when an employee's additional compensation is created or updated.

  • A new webhook topic for when applicants are deleted. It enables you to receive notifications whenever an applicant is removed from the system.

We're excited to see how these new features will enhance your HR operations. As always, we welcome your feedback and are here to support you in making the most of these new tools.
