Objective cycles - align OKRs, teams, and timelines (BETA)
Bring your OKRs into sync with progress tracking, performance reviews, and IDPs. With the new Objective cycles, all objectives are grouped into shared timeframes, making it easier to keep everyone aligned - whether it’s a department, team, or the whole company. You can now set OKRs using both bottom-up and top-down approaches, ensuring flexibility in how goals are created and cascaded.
The setup wizard helps you define cycles with clear cadences, visibility, and approval rules, so goals are never set in isolation but always connected to your company’s performance rhythm.

External recruiter expanded access - collaborate without limits
The External Recruiter role now supports configurable permissions, allowing you to support all scenarios where companies work with External Recruiters. Whether they’re sourcing candidates, acting as in-house recruiters, or fully managing a vacancy, you can set permissions for adding and viewing comments, editing candidates, or even editing and promoting vacancies.
One configurable role setup covers all collaboration models, ensuring recruiters have the tools they need - and only the access you allow.
Control access to sensitive candidate information
We’ve added new controls to help administrators protect sensitive candidate information and ensure that only authorized users can access confidential recruitment data. These updates make it easier to secure your candidate records while maintaining efficient workflows.
Mark candidate fields as sensitive: Hide any system or custom candidate field (except Full name) from users without the right permission.
Control access to the mailbox: Manage who can view the Emails tab and send emails with a dedicated Mailbox permission.
Restrict sensitive data in exports and filters: Automatically exclude sensitive fields from exports and hide related filters for unauthorized users.
Employee Lifecycle Surveys - insights at every milestone (BETA)
Understand your employees’ experience from day one to their last day with automated Lifecycle Surveys for pre-boarding, onboarding, exit, or any other stages.
Have a Pulse product activated? Trigger surveys effortlessly in Workflows by selecting “Request feedback” as a step, and gather sentiment data exactly when it matters most.
These surveys will empower your HR team to act faster, improve processes, and strengthen retention - ensuring every milestone is supported by clear, timely, and transparent communication.
