This feature allows administrators to award visual badges on employee profiles to recognize milestones, achievements, and important contributions. Badges serve as a simple way to highlight employee success, celebrate key moments, and increase visibility of recognition across the organization.
Create a badge
Go to Settings → Performance → Badges.
Click + Create badge.
Upload an image.
Add a badge name.
Fill in guidance (optional description).
Award a badge to an employee
Open the employee profile.
Click Actions.
Select Award badge.
Choose the badge.
Add a message (e.g., “Great job, Anna!!!”).
Once awarded, the badge will appear near the employee’s name. By clicking on it, the employee can view the badge details and any message if it was added.
