A ''Security audit'' report provides a detailed record of login activity, including login times, IP addresses, last activity, and password changes.

Getting started with filters

By applying filters such as Positions, Departments, Divisions, Location and Employment type, you can refine your search and obtain the specific information you require.

Understanding the report

To gain insights into your security audit report, refer to the table below which displays the following information:

  • Whether the employee has access to the system;

  • Whether two-phase authentication (2FA) is enabled;

  • IP address of last login;

  • Date and time when the employee was online;

  • Date and time of last activity;

  • Date and time when the password was changed.

Report export

All reports can be exported to XLSX or CSV format by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner.

Configuring access rights to "Security audit" report

In PeopleForce, you have the ability to configure access rights to the "Security audit" report. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to "Roles and permissions" in the settings.

  2. Select the role you want to configure and click "Edit."

  3. Scroll down to the "Reports" section in the role editing window.

  4. Select "Security audit" in the "Reports" field.

  5. Save the settings.

Once you have saved the settings, users with the corresponding role will have access to the "Security audit" report.

📌 Note that you must have the appropriate administrator rights to be able to configure access rights.
