By tracking patterns and dependencies between moods and specific tasks or events, you will be able to communicate more effectively with your subordinates and make informed plans. To gather comprehensive information about the mood of your team or the entire company, employees with viewing access can review the mood dynamics in the "Reports" section.
Working with filters
The employee mood report includes filters for time periods, positions, departments, divisions, locations, and employment types. By utilizing these filters, you can refine your search and obtain specific information that interests you.
Analysis of report results
On the right, the number of responses for each rating during the selected period will be displayed. On the left, information about the average mood will be presented in the form of a chart, allowing you to track the average mood across all employees in the company.
On this page, by default, you will find a list of employees with their average mood rating individually for the selected period.
If employees leave comments while submitting their mood, the number of comments for the selected period will be displayed in the Comments column. By clicking on this number, you can read the comments in the right panel.
Exporting the mood report
You can export the report in XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. If employees leave comments while submitting their mood, all comments will be visible in the exported file.
