A ''Company KPIs'' report provides valuable insights into the performance of a company by presenting detailed information on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Getting started with filters

By applying filters such as KPI type and Owner you can refine your search and obtain the specific information you require.

The ''Company KPIs'' report can still provide an overall number of the KPIs across the company.

All reports can be exported to XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.

Understanding the Report

Refer to the table below for insightful information on the Company KPIs. The table displays the following details:

  • KPI Title:This column shows the title of each KPI.

  • KPI Owner: This column shows who is responsible for each KPI.

  • KPI Type: This column indicates the type of KPI. ( individual, department, location, division or company-wide.)

  • Current Value: This column displays the current status of each KPI.

  • Current Target: This column shows the target that the company is aiming to achieve for each KPI.

  • Last Update Date: This column provides information on the date when each KPI was last updated, ensuring that the information presented is current and accurate.

Configuring access rights to "Company KPIs" report in PeopleForce

In PeopleForce, you have the ability to configure access rights to the "Company KPIs" report. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to "Roles and Permissions" in the settings.

  2. Select the role you want to configure and click "Edit."

  3. Scroll down to the "Reports" section in the role editing window.

  4. Select "Company KPIs" in the "Company Reports" field.

  5. Save the settings.

Once you have saved the settings, users with the corresponding role will have access to the "Company KPIs" report.

📌 Please note that you must have the appropriate administrator rights to be able to configure access rights.
