To ensure employees can effectively perform their job responsibilities, it is essential to grant them appropriate access to the features and menus of the system. This article will explore the benefits of granting employees access to the features of the Recruit and Settings sections, which can help them manage the system efficiently.

Setting up permissions

In the Recruit module, you can grant specific permissions to employees, enabling them to perform their roles effectively:

1. Access to recruitment module:

- If your company has employees who occasionally participate in the hiring process and interviews, you can enable the Access to recruitment module checkbox. Skip the rest if the employee is not a recruitment manager and only needs access to specific vacancies they are involved in.

2. Hiring plan:

- Provides access to the Hiring plan section, which is based on vacancy applications. Employees can view and manage the hiring plan. Learn more about applications through forms in the related article.

3. Manage test templates:

- Allows employees to create tests and export data. Detailed information can be found in the relevant article.

4. Export data:

- Provides the ability to export lists of vacancies and candidates from the system.

Permissions for vacancies:

- Show all vacancies: Can view all vacancies within the company.

- Create new vacancies: Can add new vacancies within the company.

- Show vacancy salaries: Can see the minimum and maximum salary expectations for vacancies.

Permissions for candidates:

- Show all candidates: Can view all candidates within the company.

- Manage candidates: Can add new candidates, edit candidates, and move candidates between stages for the vacancies they collaborate on.

- Manage offers: Can create, send, and view sent offers for the candidates they can view.

- Delete candidates: Can delete any candidate the user has access to.

- Show candidate salaries: Can see the desired salary of candidates.

- Show candidate sensitive fields. Can see all candidates' fields marked as sensitive.

Settings

Access to PeopleForce settings can be granted to users for customization of the platform. The specific sections that can be accessed for the Recruit module are:

Career site, GDPR, Vacancy fields, Candidate fields, Pipelines, Disqualify reasons, Sources, Vacancy levels, Scorecards, Offer templates, Email templates, Interview templates, Resume templates, Vacancy tags, Candidate tags.
