Managers can request salary and additional compensation adjustments for their team members under several circumstances.
Salary increases can be considered for performance achievements, promotions, or additional responsibilities. Such changes are often discussed during performance reviews or after reaching significant milestones.
Additional compensation can include bonuses, overtime pay, or commissions, ensuring your team receives the rewards they deserve.
Since these forms are editable, their names may vary in the system. By default, they are labelled as Salary or Additional compensation update.
