Manage Safe Speak categories and complaints on a new dedicated page

Discover how to create Safe Speak categories and manage complaints from a dedicated sidebar page

Updated over a month ago

We’re happy to introduce key updates to Safe Speak, designed to make complaint management more organised and user-friendly.

With this release, you can now create and manage custom categories specifically for Safe Speak in the Safe Speak features page under settings. This allows Safe Speak cases to be organised separately from Desk, reducing category clutter and making it easier to find what you need. Multiple categories can be created and deleted as needed.

Additionally, Safe Speak complaints now have their own dedicated view, separate from Desk cases. Accessible only to users with permission in Safe Speak settings, this new sidebar page displays anonymous complaints with unique complaint numbers. These complaints are now removed from the general cases screen, providing a cleaner, more focused workspace.

This update enhances Safe Speak’s organisation, helping users more easily navigate and manage anonymous complaints and specific categories. Explore these new features and streamline your Safe Speak experience today!
