Recruiter activities report - is a detailed report on recruiters and their performance related to the hiring process. Here you can see key information about candidates, hiring process and other essential details.

Getting Started with Filters

By applying filters such as Status, Date Range, Employees, Positions, Department, Division, Locations and Employment types you can refine your search and obtain the specific information you require.

Understanding the Report

The table below provides a detailed overview of recruiter activities, including the number of vacancies created, candidates created, tasks created and completed, emails sent, interviews created, tests and offers sent, disqualifications, notes created, and the total number of all activities.

All reports can be exported to XLSX or CSV format by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner.

Configuring access rights to "Recruiter activities" report in PeopleForce

In PeopleForce, you have the ability to configure access rights to the "Recruiter activities" report. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to "Roles and Permissions" in the settings.

  2. Select the role you want to configure and click "Edit."

  3. Scroll down to the "Reports" section in the role editing window.

  4. Select "Recruiter activities" in the "Company Reports" field.

  5. Save the settings.

Once you have saved the settings, users with the corresponding role will have access to the "Recruiter activities" report.

📌 Please note that you must have the appropriate administrator rights to be able to configure access rights.
