Introducing People View in Objectives 🎯

Updated this week

We’re excited to roll out People view in Objectives — a powerful new enhancement that helps managers, HR, and employees easily monitor both individual and team performance. No more digging through profiles or chasing goal updates - everything you need is now just a few clicks away.

Note: This feature is being rolled out gradually. If you’d like early access, please contact us at support@peopleforce.io.

Why People View?

Traditionally, reviewing objectives meant navigating into each employee’s profile and manually searching for their goals. This was time-consuming and often inefficient.

With People view, the process becomes faster, simpler, and more transparent.

Whether you’re:

  • a manager keeping track of your team,

  • an HR professional ensuring company-wide alignment, or

  • an employee checking your own objectives,

you’ll now have instant clarity and visibility in one central place.

Key Benefits

🔹 For Managers

  • Get a consolidated view of all reports in the Team tab.

  • Track the latest updates on objectives and follow up where needed.

  • Use insights to make one-on-one conversations more focused and productive.

🔹 For Employees

  • Access all personal objectives in the My tab.

  • Stay organized, monitor progress, and keep deadlines visible.

  • Reduce the risk of missing updates or losing track of goals.

🔹 For HR & Company Leaders

  • Enable “Show people without objectives” toggle in the filters to identify employees who haven’t set goals yet.

  • Ensure company-wide alignment by monitoring who has (and hasn’t) created objectives.

How It Works

  1. Go to Objectives → People.

  2. Use the search or filters to find an employee.

  3. Instantly view their objectives, last check-in date, and progress.

  4. Switch between tabs for different perspectives:

  • Company tab: Get a high-level overview of all objectives across the organization. Use filters to drill down by employee or department, and open each objective to review details.

  • Team tab: For managers, this shows all direct and inderect reports and their objectives. Open objectives to check the latest updates. If a goal hasn’t been updated in a while, you can step in and encourage progress.

  • My tab: A personal space for employees to view all their assigned objectives in one place — simple, clear, and always up to date.
