Once the final decision is made and the candidate has accepted the offer, you can hire them directly from their profile.
Hire a candidate as an employee
In the upper right corner of the candidate's profile, click the three dots and select Hire as employee.
You will be redirected to the New hire form, where you can enter all the necessary details about the new employee. All information from the candidate's profile and vacancy details will automatically populate the New hire form, making it easier to complete the necessary fields.
