Release 2.15. Regular Feedback, workflows in employee profile and other improvements
Updated over 4 months ago

Feedback is essential for companies in the era of remote work, relocation, and heavy workloads. It helps employees receive necessary support and validation from their employer while serving as a tool for the company to maintain constant communication with the team members and prevent burnout.

What does the Regular feedback offer your team?

It aims to simplify feedback management and efficiency by centralizing all feedback in one place, making it easy to give, receive, and navigate.

How does it work?

You can request or give feedback through the Quick Add button on the main dashboard or via the "Me" tab in the "Feedback" section.

Workflows in employee profile

Since the old onboarding and offboarding options have been removed from the system and replaced with new Workflows, we are adding the ability to view them conveniently from the employee profile. This is necessary so you do not lose track of which workflows the employee is currently undergoing and where they are in the process.

Other updates

  • Great news! You can now copy OKRs, including all their child OKRs. This new feature makes it much easier to replicate and manage your objectives efficiently.

  • We’ve added permission for OKRs to allow people to only View all objectives across the company without the ability to change or manage them.

  • Now if an employee leaves a comment when submitting the mood, this comment will be visible in mood report and in the exported mood report.

  • We’ve added an explanation of what GAP in performance review means and how it is calculated.

  • Now it’s possible to add more than 30 peers when you create a performance review for a company.

  • The competencies assignment logic has been updated. Now, you can base competencies on a combination of department and position, or any other custom combination you choose when creating a competency.

  • Small UI improvements: The Directory tab has been renamed to People. Additionally, Directory, Teams, and Org Chart have been moved to the left, providing quicker access. This change aims to deliver a clearer and more intuitive navigation experience, making it easier to access employee information.

  • Small UI improvements : The Details tab within the Vacancy section has been renamed to Reports. All the information previously found under the Details tab is still available; users will just need to scroll down to find it.

  • In the Candidate card, all empty fields are now collapsed under "More fields" by default. Once you add information to any field, it will automatically appear in the top block, reducing empty space and helping you scroll to the resume faster.
