We’re excited to introduce PeopleForce 2.35! 🚀
Termination Forms for faster offboarding
The new Termination form is now available in Settings → Forms. This feature helps HR teams and managers handle offboarding more quickly and accurately.
You can customize termination forms just like any other form — add employee fields, request documents, and set approvals.
For managers with termination permissions, this feature makes the process more efficient: they can terminate employees or direct reports directly from their profiles using the form, while the system automatically updates employee records, profiles, and lifecycle status, and triggers offboarding workflows. More here.
Post-submission routing for Lifecycle surveys
Lifecycle surveys now include a new post-submission notification option that helps HR and managers stay informed about employee feedback. When configuring a Lifecycle survey, you can now add an option to send responses to specific recipients after the survey is submitted. This allows you to automatically notify an employee’s manager, HR representative, or another designated role.
The new setting ensures timely follow-up and better visibility into employee feedback during key lifecycle stages like onboarding, offboarding, or internal transfers. More here.
Add weights for child objectives and key results
You can now assign weights to both child objectives and key results. This allows you to define how much each element contributes to the overall progress of its parent Objective, giving a more accurate view of performance and priorities within the goal structure.
For example, when an objective includes several child objectives and key results, or child objectives only, you can now distribute their impact by importance, ensuring that progress reflects actual priorities and is calculated more accurately.
Define timing for your Key Results
You can now define a period for each key result to indicate its expected timeframe. This new field helps teams communicate timing more clearly, for example, showing which Key Results are planned for the current or next month.
The Period field is informational only and does not affect search, filters, or reporting logic. It simply provides better context and structure when viewing or discussing progress within an objective.
Other updates
In addition to the major enhancements introduced in version 2.35, we've also rolled out several other updates designed to improve your overall experience with PeopleForce. Here's a quick overview of these:
Core Hr

Days were added to experience before hire to improve total work experience calculation and ensure consistency across the system.
When setting up the approvers for forms, you can now pick from three types of approvers:
Personal: Includes employee-related options such as Manager, Manager’s manager, 3rd level manager, or Team lead(s).
Department: Includes the Department manager and any custom fields from the department setup.
Specific person: Lets you select a specific employee by name from a dropdown list.
Perform
Perform
Administrators can now manage tag usage for objectives with two new settings in Performance → General. These options help standardize tagging and improve reporting consistency across the company. When the tag requirement is enabled, employees creating objectives will be asked to select a tag, ensuring every objective is clearly categorized.
OKR People View now has an updated pagination layout for object and people lists, and improved filters.
For Enterprise use cases, weights for employee-level objectives have been introduced, enabling weighted progress tracking in People View and simplifying overall calculations by removing the general progress indicator. To enable this feature, please contact support@peopleforce.io.
